Stress management?

Hi all, recently I tried to start a small business, it was the first time in my life. Of course I found difficulties. But what even more surprised we was the constant stress because things did not go as well as I planned and I constantly lost money. Stress. A mixture of not too intensive but constant fear, anxiousity, kind of grumpyness and pressure in stomach. I were thinking about all this, why my body reacts to uncertainity in this way and I realised that it is because success is necessary for me and failure is to avoid. Even I tried not to be stressed, my body simply kept me in this state. Do you know about any good, natural anti-stress method that temporarly decreases this feeling? I mean _natural_ methods, nothing with alcolhol or drugs. The next part of my question is in Advanced stress management. Many thanks for your answers.
